How Delivery Works

Select your state, LGA and town at checkout. Your delivery fee is shown instantly before payment.

Order is processed
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4pm are processed same day. Orders after 4pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery to your door
Our logistics team will call your registered number before arrival. Please ensure the number is active and reachable.

Inspect before signing
Check your item on arrival. Report any damage immediately to haiqingclassicbrands@gmail.com before the delivery team leaves.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics partners and location accessibility.
- For Pay on Delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Bank Transfer orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation. Send your receipt to haiqingclassicbrands@gmail.com.
- Delivery fees are fixed per state and non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- For remote areas within a state, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.
