2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We currently accept Pay on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Orders are confirmed upon successful processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. HCBNL is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

HCBNL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price of the affected order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
